PBG carbon wing tube for IMPACT

Peter,
I just changed mine to a c.f. tube this winter and the phenolic tube in the
fuse was a bit loose. I used regular scotch tape (tip from Lance V.) and it
worked perfect. Add a layer or two to get the fit needed. I was even able
to shim the tube just a scootch to get the wing in perfect alignment with
the tail feathers. Lance claims it will not wear over time also. A lot
easier then gluing and sanding.
