Service at UltraRC ??

Sorry to hear that.  I have had good experiences in dealing with them.  I just order another landing gear and wheelpants, so I guess we'll see.

  Icepoint sounds like a good pattern plane and I believe many people already bought one from Ultra Rc. 
  Could anyone tell me how to communicate with them?? I ordered a CF landing gear online from them last Thursday and it has not shown up yet. Not sure if anything went wrong with the shipping, so I send them e-mails...no response. I also used their online contact service...no response, either. I made several phone calls and finally someone picked it up last night and told me he does not have the tracking number. He promised me he will look it up and get back to me by e-mail right away. Well, of course, never hear from him again. 

  For the final effort, I called again today and another person told me that they did not ship it with UPS (then why charge $10 for shipping), and he said that he will find out what's going on and call me right back within an hour. 
  Well, again, no one called back! 

  This is getting very annoying and frustrating. What kind of customer service is that? 

  Anybody has suggestions?
