On the other side of the fence. A 12-13 lb pattern plane flies like a
brick, climbs like dog, lands like a duck and over-snaps like jello on a
cold wet plate..... They can raise it they like but it will be a
self-leveling syndrome. Also it will only take us, in the USA three more
years after they do to change our rules :-) How many of us will be still be
flying then?
Changing the size limit is the only one that I would go to war over.
Primarily because once you go over 78-3/4" it don't go through the USA or
European door jambs when dangled, nor does it fit well in a mini-van or an
SUV, or "What were they called? Oh yeah!" A station wagon :-)
We have to have some sort of design challenge OR we simply lose our creative
practices and then the edge. It's all causal mes amies!
