It's easy to forget to set it to Plain Text as I just did in my reply to 
Mike. Note the HTML reply. Hmmmm. I am just gonna set mine to Plain Text 
format and forget about it.

What you are doing is fine! Not a problem, it's mostly with the folks who 
have their format set to HTML and change the color of their font etc.

Your standard email will be just fine!
