Well.... an option to TAKE CONTROL of this mess of continued escalation is before us, gents!!!  This is a rules process year, and we have a committee or two who can submit some things to SOLVE this.

It will take committment to do so.
The "madness" CAN be stopped.
        We just have to want to stop it badly enough.
