Nat,

This year I'm going to make history, also.

I'm a doggy pilot with a great airplane!

Even moderate sweep causes pitch and roll in straight and level yaw. The difference in pitch, upright to inverted, is due to the fuselage pitching moment. Sweep increases the pilots workload in turbulence and should be kept under three degrees.

In my experience, stab height relative to wing is unimportant, within reason. This is another legacy <G> for the dustbin. It is amazing, repeatedly, how a great pilot and a doggy airplane can make history !
