  No one seems to understand the following. It is not taught in Aero school and I have never seen it in print. Some of our trim charts even have wing incidence re KE backwards.

  The simple key to understanding the aerobatic airplane is recognizing the fuselage has a nose down pitching moment when yawed. This is why all pattern planes evolved to look alike.

  This is the force that balances, in KE, the up elevator trim needed to fly straight and level. The force is present though  in all attitudes when yawed.

  The magnitude of the moment is determined by the wing relationship to the fuselage. The moment can also be changed by changing the fuselage shape i.e. adding a dorsal or sub-dorsal.
