[NSRCA-discussion] Low Country Pattern Primer

The officers of the Low Country R/C Flyers have decided to withdraw their
support and sponsorship for the NSCRA Low Country Pattern Primer and
therefore the event is cancelled. Hopefully it can be re-scheduled for a
later date. Thanks to all clubs and NSRCA members who responded.
