I have two sticks of RAM that I do not need.  I bought a laptop that I 
regretted not upgrading at time of purchase.  The RAM was used in the 
laptop for about a month before being changed out.  It came out of a 
Dell Inspiron 9300.  The label on the RAM is as follows.

256MB 1Rx16 PC2-4200S-444-12
HYMP532S64P6-C4 AA
