Eclipse CG

Does anybody have an idea where the CG is on a Colombo Eclipse? My instructions say 33 to 35% taken from the top of the wing tube. I don't know what that means. How about, how far back from the leading edge of the root rib or how far forward of the trailing edge of the root rib. Help.
