AMA grand event in TX - help please

My intention is to come down Sunday and I can bring my plane.

Members of our club(Skyblazers) will be coming to help out with the general needs on Saturday.

Will there be a demo flight on Sunday?

  You know this was not my idea, and it probably won't get new pattern pilots, but the NSRCA was "told" by the AMA to represent itself at this event in Waco this weekend and I was "assigned" the task of organizing this.  On the other hand, this could be a fun family event for your kids and their friends.  I have an NSRCA banner, a lot of KFactors, and membership forms.

  Although I've been asking for help since April, only Wayne Galligan has offered to help.  Unfortunately, all the Waco pattern guys and pattern guys at nearby Temple were already signed up for general help at this large event before I found out about it.  This means helpers have to travel a few hours to help out.  I'm able to work one day, as is Wayne, so the two of us can't cover it all.  Its a Fri-Sun event, but I'm limiting our participation to Sat-Sun.  Here's the event flyer: http://www.modelaircraft.org/ge2005/flyer.pdf.  If you have kids, you can let them shoot rockets, drive boats, cars, and fly trainers.  

  We really need some help. This is my last ditch effort to find supporters for this.  Anyone working the booth will get a free NSRCA golf shirt as a thank-you.  My computer rebuild has resulting in my loss of a lot of emails, so please feel free to forward this to other D6 guys that are not on this list.  this event is THIS WEEKEND and I need help fast.  I'm sure you'd enjoy the day.  Please contact me asap.
