Quincy contest/Tangerine Contest

My dad was in the gas business, owned a service station and bulk delivery
back then. He had a profit margin back then 3-4 cents a gallon. The state
and feds got more in taxes and of course the rest went to the gas companies.
Wonder what the spread is now?
