Yeah, don't get too excited about hybrids.  The NJ State legislature is 
already talking about putting GPS trackers into ALL cars registered in the 
state and charging by the miles driven as a supposed substitute to the 
revenue stream currently derived from gasoline taxes. They consider hybrid 
cars a growing threat to that revenue.  Right.  Time to establish dual 
residency in a less blue neighboring state if that happens.  They get 
nothing then, at least no until they think of another confiscation method.
