Ed, thanks to you and all of your club members that put on a very enjoyable contest. Your 10,500 feet of runway is awesome and I loved being able to start early in the morning facing west.
Ditto on the thanks to John for the excellent dinner and hospitality Saturday night and thanks to the guys that cooked the burgers and dogs for us during the day.
I look forward to next year!

Hey everyone. Finally home from vacation. I do NOT recommend going on vacation as soon as you get done CD'ing a contest.
Lubbock had 20 pilots, scattered around all classes. Contestant Judging was used and I want to say THANK YOU again to all the pilots. The weather was exceptional, for the second straight year. The results have been posted on Don Ramsey's site so won't belabor that.
The Italian dinner at John Johnson's house was very good and everyone that went had a good time just chatting and getting in the AC.
Sat saw 4 rounds done by 3:00 and Sunday saw the trophies being handed out arounds 12:30 with everyone on the road shortly afterwards. A Special thanx to Keith Black for letting us use his RV for our scorers.
Again, Thanx to all who came and hope to see all of you , and more next year.
Ed Deaver
