Emory,
This might work for you, short couplers with clamps or buy it by the foot.

Subject: Coupler part # at McMaster-Carr
Hello,
I was wondering what type of material people are using for couplers for their two stroke engines. I am going to place an order at McMaster-Carr (unless some else has a better place to get it) for the Teflon coupler material. What part # are you using? This will be for a Webra (Mac's header) and Aeroslave carbon pipe. Both are between 3/4" to 7/8" in diameter.
Thanks,
Emory Schroeter.
