I believe that happened at a world championship many
years ago. The judge from one country gave the fliers
from his country all tens. IIRC, his excuse was "the
high and low scores are tossed, and I did not want my
scores to count for the fliers from my country". Maybe
someone else remembers the particulars, I heard about
it second hand.
