Hi all,

just wanted to get in touch with any 14 MZ users on this list. So if any of you have this wonderful toy, would you be able to perhaps contact myself off-line?

I have received mine this week and am beginning to understand that this beastie offers way more than I can possibly imagine.

In particular I'd like another pattern flyers experience thus far with this machine. Maybe there are some uses/functions you would be willing to share? I say this becuase the system has been on the US market for some time now, in OZ it was only released this week ( frequencies).

The only two negatives that I can say about this system are:

1. The supplied case is waaaay too sexy ( I suspect it will look very ordinary once it is all scratched from going to the field!)
2. WHAT were they thinking by removing the TACHOMETER function from the radio's capability?? I suspect that it may become a 'software update' and a flying lead/sensor via the USB port??? I sure hope so!

I should point out that the Australian version of this radio is marketed 'complete' with servos, two TX case etc etc.I believe this differs to the US version?

thank you all and enjoy the weekends flying.

best regards

Tom
