Is the discussion list working??

Everyone,
 
I have received a total of 7 e-mail on the discussion at NSRCA.org list
from yesterday evening at 9 PM until now.   Is this truly correct?  Am I
receiving all of the list e-mail?   It has been this way for several
days now.
