401 & 402 Sequence

I'm not so sure that in '05 a CD can change the AMA rules, even with advanced notification, on a 401 through 404 AMA sanctioned event.

  It will be a zero or ten unless CD gives advance notice that they will continue to be scored as a normal 0-10.

      Is the 401 & 402 sequence changing for 2005?  I have heard both yes & no.  Who would I find out from for sure?
