stab tubes.

what is the "standard" dia for the tube in removable elevators? If there 
is one.
the reason I am asking is I have 2 Icepoint planes from Ultra-rc and the 
supplied aluminum tube will not fir in either the fuse or the stabs.
the aluminum tube measures .475 " and the sockets measure .460"  You can 
see the problem. while I do have a lathe and can turn the tube down I 
feel it would be unsafe at that point. I am also contacting  ultra rc 
about this.
