Apparently some people don't understand that the rule change process
allows any AMA member to submit proposed changes to the rules. John
Fuqua submitted changes to the rules that Tony Stillman and I agreed
with, so we co-signed John's proposal and the Contest Board voted them
in. We will see the effect of these rule changes next spring. Until
then, the jury is out.

NSRCA officers are limited to two terms, effective after the term limit
vote was held. I still have one opportunity to serve as NSRCA vice
president, since the vote wasn't held until just before I took office
two years ago. Those who don't feel that I have served NSRCA well
should vote for my opponent.
