All - Another e-mail I got from Bengt-Eric Soderstrom follows. I find
it interesting that Bob Skinner (from South Africa, who is the chairman
of the international committee for F3A world championships) said that
Bob Noll would be the next U.S. world championships judge, when it is
up to a country to submit a list of potential judge candidates and the
responsibility of the host country's organizing committee to select
from the list.
