This is just a reminder that the North Dallas Pattern Contest will be held on September 11-12, 2004 at the new club site, "Eagle Field", between Frisco and Denton, Texas. This is a great site, new 640' runway, 120' shelter, and "Clean" air, no obstructions in the overfly area.

This contest is the last District 6 contest for the year and will be the District Championship. This means it counts as double points towards the district champion points. Dave Cotton is the CD and Gene Maurice is the assistant this year. More information can be found on the club web site at www.ndrcc.com and a direct link to the contest flyer is at http://www.ndrcc.com/documents/2004patternclassic.pdf.

The field will be open on Friday after noon for practice. Registration will begin around 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and we want to start flying about 9:30.

I would appreciate it if everyone who is planning on attending would send me (direct to gene.maurice at comcast.net) the following information so that I can get stuff set up in advance:

Name, Address, Home and Work Phone, AMA no., NSRCA no., Class, and Channel.

  Thanks,

  Gene Maurice
