A change was made in the draft Nats entry form which I didn't announce. 
  Entries will be closed on the Friday before the Nats R/C Aerobatics 
event starts, to give the event director (Dave Guerin) extra time to 
organize the flightlines.  In this way, a notice to move to a backup 
frequency can be put in the contestant's package and give him extra 
time to do the frequency change and conduct a range check.
