lightweight filler

I'm sorry I did not save the emails, but does anyone
have suggestions for a lightweight, sandable filler? I
plan on converting my Temptation deluxe kit to a
removable stab. This webpage

has some pics showing the conversion. There is a light
aqua colered filler in the pics, I wonder if anyone
knows what it is, thanks.
