Prop Formula

The formulas that I am aware of do not seem to work for selecting props of equal power consumption. One reason for the problem may be inaccurate rpm assumptions. A 6% error in rpm would account for a 19% change in power ( 1.06 cubed ). Another possible reason might be reynolds effects, particularly when going from a two to a four blade.

Anyway, I will continue to support the economy!
