webra 160 - meticulously clean

The plate was made to the same form as the header attach plate,a spacer so to speak.I used the header attach plate as a template.The exhaust hole was milled to the same dimension as the exhaust port.Through holes were drilled to allow for the longer screws to bolt to the exhaust port.
 It was made out of aluminum and started out as a 3/8 thick piece and tapered in thickness, as necessary, to align the header and pipe through the tunnel.No
more heating and bending and kinking the header pipe.
