Applying poly glue

As we transition into building season...

I was wondering, for those who roll polyurethane glue onto the wing skins,
do you use some sort of rolling pan?  Seems like it could get real messy and
hard to clean up!

On the other hand, dispensing directly to the skins then spreading with the
roller would defeat the purpose...that being a thin even coat.

What kind of roller pad are you using?
