which 60-90 sized pattern plane to build from plans?

Widebody 60 from CA Models. Hard to beat, unless he wants an ARF. Even then, still hard to beat as an ARF.

  I have a friend at my local flying field who wants to build 2 pattern planes this winter.  He is looking for a good 60-90 sized ship that will fly well.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  Thank you in advance for your responses, I am sure that he will appreciate them.
