A Wheel Pant "TRICK" - No Kiddin'...

Hi Bob,

I've been doing the wheel installation this way for several years now, and 
even talked about the method on the discussion board many months ago now.

I have an updated version also if you are interested. It works better and the 
wheel doesn't depend at all on the pant to stay put.
