A "Lockhart Prop" Update...

My guess - The 15.75-13 3b will turn 300 RPM less than the 15.75-12 3b (and
pipe might need to move out 1/2").  Relative to the "average" props
currently being used, the 15.75-13 3b has good downline braking (I'd say
about like the 17-13 std 2b), the downline braking of the 15.75-12 is better
(maybe slightly better than a 17-12 std 2b), and the 15.75-11 3b is better
yet (slightly better than an 18-10 2b).  The 3 blades are much quieter, and
easier to fly constant speed than a comparable 2 blade.
