Steve,

Thanks for the nice comments.

Lisa worked very hard to help pull this off. She is very supportive of the sport. The club was very impressed with what they saw, and I believe it surpassed their expectations. I'm sure next year will be a much better year.

My goal was to have the field contest ready Friday for those wanting to practice, which it was.

Although the attendance was low with 8 pilots, and all classes represented except FAI, it was a great contest. Lisa and I appreciate those that made the trip.

For those that didn't make it, mark your calendar for next year. This will be a good event that will continue to grow.

I'm originally from Southern California very close to the border. The food at El Rio Grande was great and is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to around the country...

PS...Bob, Lisa said she is ready to complete the shopping phase of her caller training at the Bob Kane School of Pattern Callers...Mark Atwood, she just may have the red bow in Dayton...

See ya in Dayton...

Great job by Larry, Lisa, and the Jasper R/C Flyer's, to bad more people didn't take advantage of going to this very scenic flying site, I was really surprised that the Nashville and St Louis area people didn't show up.
Anyhow great job and who would have thunk it, good Mexican food in southern Indiana, : )
