Book "Building a Pattern Plane"

I have one that I would be willing to part with. It was their very latest version. I have read it so many times I practically have it memorized. It is a great book and has been a valuable asset. I don't remember what it cost when I bought it new. If anyone wants to buy it make me an offer privately.
