K2R Spot Remover

Hi all,

Does anyone know if K2R Spot remover is available in California?  I 
seem to remember hearing something about the California Air Quality 
Board banning it.  I've checked most of the local retail outlets 
(drug stores, home improvement centers, etc) and haven't been able to 
find any.

I'm about to strip, repair, and repaint the cowling on my E=MC3 and 
I'd like to make sure I get all the oil off the interior before I 
start.  K2R does a great job in lifting and drying out oil from wood 
so I thought I'd try it on the fiberglass.

Suggestions?
