Judging and FAI P-05 and F-05

Sorry, no intent was made to mislead.  We are fortunate that Bob Skinner
comes by this way once in a while.  After the controversy on Snaps in Poland
last year, I was looking for a clear steer for my team.

I felt it only fair to share this information and it was released with the
best intentions
