rules proposals final result

Bob:
Further considering that, while many of the members of the CB are "us",  
as far as I'm concerned some of them  have shown little but contempt for 
those whose interests they are supposed to be "safeguarding."  
Therefore, countering their recent slap in the face of our requests, 
makes sense to me.  IMO only.
