7 3/4" is a conservative start.  You'll most likely find you want to move it
rearward a small amount, but as they say, a nose heavy plane may fly poorly,
but a tail heavy plane flies once.  Actually it is not that critical and you
won't be in danger anywhere around this location, but this is pretty close
to where you'll end up.
