Correct as Earl said the new style Needle assembly will fit the older style motors (120's, 120AC, SC, NC)

The part # is YSE2740

This part replaces the seat, the needle, all the o-rings and everything is assembled and ready for install in the carb body....Direct replacement for the assembly you have. The new needle assemblies since like 97' have almost eliminated the wear problems some saw in the early versions of the YS motors. Over long periods of time the mass of that big needle valve would cause the seat to wear as Earl said. The new needle valve is about 1/3 the mass and size of the older style one.

All of the 140FZ or newer motors have this needle on them...Like I said about 97' was the change

This is the same as the 120FZ, 140FZ, L, DZ and 160DZ

Central Hobbies usually has these things in stock...

Ed's right, you'll find that the needle hole in the body is oblong. This is a result of the needle vibrating - thereby beating the hole out of shape. The round needle can't sufficiently restrict flow through the oval hole! Replace the needle valve - body - and clip with the 140 version to permanently fix it.
