Are you serious about still flying P-03 at your team trials?

The other big Nat's-news is that the FAI team trials will held at the Nat's this year. They will run Mon P-3, Tues P-3, Wed F-5, (yes F-5). I believe that all three scores count to take you to the finals on Thursday. Then on Finals day they will do the full FAI drill of Unknowns and F-5's. It will be pretty close to the formula of what is flown at the actual World championships. Our team will then be made up of those who have been tested with what is needed at the world championships.
This means that on Wed night they will be busy doing masters and FAI final organization etc. It also means that you can plan to see either of the finals and round the day and round the contest of off with a true awards banquet.
Regards,
Eric.

Thanks for the heads up, this is important news . . . .

Just a heads up.....the schedule that is listed on the NATS entry form is wrong. The banquet will not be on Wednesday night as it has been in the past. It will be on Thursday after the Masters and FAI finals. I talked to Dave Guerin (Chip and Dave are the CD's) the other day and he confirmed this. The idea behind this is to have the awards presentations of all classes at the same time. Friday will still be a "weather day." The rest of the info is correct...(pilots meeting time, etc.)
Thought I would pass this along, as I know some of you start heading back home Wednesday night or Thursday morning.
The mistake was caught by Dave, but AMA did not make the corrections to it. Next months K-Factor is suppose to have a break down of the correct schedule.
Please pass this info on to anyone that might not be monitoring the list.
Thanks,
T-Bone

Just got my Nat's package last week, for anyone that is new you can get your forms from the AMA website, now is a good time to get them in. First timers don't get the forms in the mail.
