  When living in Florida and flying mostly at Markham Park, I had a similar setup with a big yellow box on wheels, with a retractable handle.  I called it the "ARC".  It had everything I needed.  Because rain storms could pass through at any time, having a sealed container than you could throw everything in quickly was a necessity.
