I received a Challenge Response e-mail in which I was asked to go to a site where I was supposed to enter an alpha-numeric sequence to prove that I am a human and not an automated spam producer. Is this what you mean by a 2 c test?

I joined the Dist 5 and 6 lists. How do I know for sure that I am on them and how do I post to them?

Ed,
Okay, I joined. There's no link on the web site for this that I could find, but with a little thought, I realized why. My question is that there may be people within the District that we want on the District List for contest reminders and so on, but don't happen to belong to NSRCA (yet). Doesn't this isolate everything a little more? I'm not sure that's good for each district, or the NSRCA either. Not trying to start anything here, just concerned.
