I'm glad you are hosting Tangerine in August.  District 3 is looking a little thin on contests this year with Decatur/Harvest not hosting one and Eglin having stopped a couple of years ago.  I plan on being there, and bringing plenty of Gatorade and sunscreen.

I spent 27 months on Guam.  I think I can stand a little heat.

Hi all: I am in the planning stages for the Summer Tangerine contest. It is going to held the 3rd weekend of August (yes, I know it's hot, but it's hot all over district 3. 
I could not hold the contest in December, due to the pylon guys taking up the 1st two weekends of December, and the last weekend with the airshow. I'll be out of pocket on the third weekend. 
Soooooooooo, August it is.
I hope you guys can make it a good turn out. The future  hinges on it.

  Anyone out there know the dates for any of the Florida contests? I heard there is supposed to be one in Ocala the early part of the year. I have not seen anything posted on the district sites. Down here in Trinidad this list is really our source of info.
