Is this ideal..?..

I am wondering if the messages from the author not being posted back to the list is ideal.  I joined and sent out tests but have no way of knowing if the district list is working and thus same issue could arise with the major list with exception of traffic. I see occasional post wondering if it is broken thus supporting my question.
