Drill press, scroll saw, & other power tools recommendation

Hi, All,

I am about to start getting some larger tools for building

Would you recommend a drill press & scroll saw?
I looked at Sears' Craftsman 9" ($99.00) and another one ($58.99)
Craftsman only has 1 year warranty. the cheaper one has 5 year warranty.
Harbor freight has keyless 8" drill press for $69.99, $59.99  etc

Are the central machinary good?

What other power tools do you use?
