Vibra Damp Isolators.

Although I do not have any vibra-damp mounts in service now, I do have older ones that are in my used parts that are not showing any signs of deterioration.
If you have them stored in plastic boxes or drawers there may be a reaction with that plastic. This is a common problem with some fishing lures and tackle boxes.

Subject: Vibra Damp Isolators.
Hi,
Does anyone have a cure for not letting the vibra-damp isolators melt. The originals isolators that came with the mount were all melted after 3 years in the drawer. Got a new set from Central Hobbies about 4 months ago to complete a project. Now that the model is ready I wanted to install the engine/ engine mount but the new isolators that I bought are also melting. Does anyone have another idea/ approach for the isolators?
Thanks in advance,
Fausto
