One of my friends OS140's had the same symptoms.  Hobby Services (USA OS
Engine service center)replaced the injector under warranty.  Problem
solved.  I have one now doing the same sysmptoms after some 400+ flights. 
The injector is going back for warranty replacement.  So far Hobby
Services has been very fair in their warranty repairs.
