JR Question

I have a JR 8103 that I've gotten "1 back up error" message twice and all of
the programmed data has been lost. I am NOT getting the "L" warning that the
lithium battery is getting low and the main battery has been above 10.0 v
both times this happened. Any ideas? It's a real pain to reprogram
everything and now I'm afraid to fly with it for fear that it will decide to
lose the programming in flight. That would make life interesting :<).
