      I was out testing a couple of electrics for the upcoming SEFF meet in GA next weekend, when Troy came out to practice. We went through F a couple of times before I had to go back to work (at the shop) and notice he was doing the Humpty (#13) with the 2/4 down and 1/2 roll up. Now on my sheets, it says the 2/4 is optional and 2/8 is the "regular" maneuver. I know that it could be done either way and that's why it's "optional", but what way are most of you doing it?
