Becton-Dickinson makes a syringe for allergy shots. you probably can buy the
allergy syringes without an Rx in most states but it still wouldn't hurt to
ask. just explain your intended use and you probably won't have much
difficulty in purchasing them. But they cost a little more than diabetic
syringes.

Also I have syringes for oral dosing in 5 10 & 20ml sizes. they will not
take a needle, but the tip puts out a small stream.  great for applying
alipatic glue - probond -epoxy & etc to a small area, like cap strips over
ribs in a wing or triangle stock (any narrow piece of wood)

You do not have to be a diabetic to buy the syringes.  These things are also
great for dings in covered balsa.  Mix a little ammonia in water and inject
it under the covering into the crushed balsa.  go over the area with a very
hot iron, and the balsa comes back out.
