It's best to know the laws in your state before using hypodermic syringes
for anything. In some states, it's a felony to possess even one clean
syringe. And yet some stores will just sell them OTC with no questions. Know
beforehand, or you could become cell block C's latest resident. Reality and
law have absolutely nothing in common.
